The rumors had circulated for months, and last night in Miami, fans' dreams came true as the electronic music trio comprised of Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello, known as Swedish House Mafia, reunited onstage for the first time since 2013 at the 20th Ultra Music Festival.

The group disbanded in 2013, where they closed out Ultra Music Festival with what was considered to be their final performance ever (the group's "final" world tour was well documented in the 2014 documentary film Leave The World Behind).

During the final performance, the group remarked: "Ultra Miami, thank you for having us tonight, it's Swedish House Mafia for life this time".

No details surrounding new music or tour dates have been announced, but given the band's onstage statement, it's only a matter of time.

You can relive the group's epic return to the stage below.
