Sianvar, the rock super group made up of members from Dance Gavin Dance, A Lot Like Birds, Stolas, and Hail The Sun, have announced that they will be taking an indefinite hiatus, with a brief statement via their social media channels. On April 8th, the band posted the following announcement to their pages:

Dear Listener: All Sianvar music releases & activities have been postponed indefinitely. This isn’t a permanent goodbye, though it could be a while before we meet again. Thank you for the love.”

Sianvar was comprised of vocalist Donovan Melero (Hail The Sun), guitarists Will Swan (Dance Gavin Dance) and Sergio Medina (Stolas), and drummer Joseph Arrington (A Lot Like Birds). The band released a self-titled EP in 2014 and one full-length album, Stay Lost, in 2016 via Blue Swan Records.
