Alexisonfire Release Music Video for "Mistaken Information"

Alexisonfire has released a brand new music video for their song “Mistaken Information”. The track comes from the band’s most recent studio album, Otherness, which is available now via Dine Alone Records. Otherness marks the first new album of material from the band in over thirteen years.

In a press release announcing the new music video, director Nedda Afsari stated the following:

"It was a wonderful experience to create the video for 'Mistaken Information' for the incredible Alexisonfire. "We appreciate how receptive they were to the concept after listening to the song — immediately feeling a sort of hypnotic tone. The video is abstract in nature and much more about feeling."

"I love working on all-encompassing projects, making videos that tie into photos for album art. Michael E. Linn shot tons of footage for the album photo shoot and knew we wanted to incorporate that into 'Mistaken Information.' We created a deja vu world where dreams blend with reality, and nothing is certain."

Alexisonfire are gearing up to hit the road for a U.S. tour, which will include stops on September 17th at Chicago’s Riot Fest, October 5th in San Francisco, CA at The Warfield, and October 6th at Sacramento’s Aftershock Festival.
