Kansas City bubble-grunge rock act The Eradicats has released a catchy new single titled “I Ate A Sandwich”. The track is a playful look at a serious subject, centering around the band’s bassist/co-vocalist Kristi and her journey through eating disorder recovery. The song highlights a fateful day when a small, but monumental moment occurred at a teaching conference lunch. Per the press release:

“What might seem like a simple act becomes a powerful milestone in the song: eating a boxed-lunch sandwich for the first time in years without fear.”
