156/Silence has announced that they will be releasing their brand new album, From a Distance, on September 4th, 2026 via Pure Noise Records. It is the follow-up to the band’s 2024 album People Watching, and it is their sixth album overall.
To celebrate the announcement, the band has released a new single titled “No Arms”. In a press release announcing the album, the band stated the folllowing:
"'No Arms' is about being without a way to protect yourself and what belongs to you. Being alone and afraid, not having any means to control the situations that befall on us. The overwhelming feeling of being helpless until we’re not. Until somebody saves us."
