Kami Kehoe Release New Single "THE END", Announces New Album 'LOVE IS A WEAPON'

Kami Kehoe has announced that she will be releasing her new album, LOVE IS A WEAPON, on August 28th, 2026 via Atlantic Records. To commemorate the announcement, Kehoe has also unveiled a brand new single and music video titled “THE END”. You can check out the video in its entirety below.

In a press release announcing the new song “THE END”, Kehoe stated the following:

““THE END” is inspired by a ride or die type of relationship. I wrote this when I was with someone who was with me, before I became successful and was willing to stay until the end, no matter how difficult things got. I wanted the song feel like a promise. That I would do everything I said once I had everything to give them. 

I’m so excited for this song to be out, I think it’s a beautiful and real love song for all the ride or die’s out there. This is also one of my favorite songs to play live and I can’t wait to sing it with everyone for these upcoming shows."

On the album, she continued:

“I wrote LOVE IS A WEAPON during a time when I was learning that love isn’t just one thing. It can break you, heal you, protect you, and completely change who you are. Every song comes from a real place in my life, but I hope people hear their own stories in it too. Throughout this album, I wanted to use my experiences, good or bad, and turn them into something beautiful. I truly believe our hearts are the most powerful weapon we have, and it’s up to us how we choose to use it but at the end of the day love always wins. I hope this album reminds everyone that they aren’t alone, and I hope it inspires them to choose love at the end no matter what.”
