Lovely Colours Release New Single and Music Video "Safe & Sound"

Seattle-based alt-rock act Lovely Colours has unveiled a brand new single and music video titled “Safe & Sound”. In a press release, vocalist/bassist James Rosales stated the following behind the making of the song:

"The chorus immediately captured this feeling of choosing to stay trapped. The verses grew from that idea, being 'safe and sound like I'm living in a silo', finding security in isolation even when you know it's unhealthy. I kept imagining someone in the middle of a chaotic, late-night environment trying to avoid making a bad decision while knowing they probably won't."

You can check out the full track in its entirety below. Lovely Colours are currently slated to perform on August 1st in Juneau, AK at Crystal Saloon, followed by appearances later in the month at Seattle’s Capitol Hill Block Party and Olympia’s South Sound Block Party.
