BREAKING: Sid Wilson Is Reportedly Out of Slipknot

It is being reported that Sid Wilson, the longtime DJ/tuntablist of the metal act Slipknot, has been kicked out of the band. The report comes from TMZ, who has stated: “A source close to the band and with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Sid was notified late Friday afternoon that he's been permanently kicked out of the band.”

The band has not commented on the announcement at this time. Wilson is the latest member of the original lineup to be kicked out of the group.

Of the original nine members, only four remain: percussionist/backing vocalist Shawn “Clown” Crahan, guitarists Mick Thomson and Jim Root, and vocalist Corey Taylor.
