hot mess Announce Debut EP, Release New Singles "Toxic Cloud" and "New Addiction"

Pop rock act hot mess has announced that they will be releasing their debut EP, Make Myself Your Favorite Scene on October 15th, 2026. The band has also released two brand new singles, “Toxic Cloud” and “New Addiction”, to celebrate the announcement.

In a press release, frontman Reid Stevenson shared:

"Toxic Cloud and New Addiction being released together reflects what we want to be as a rock band. We want the freedom to push into heavier territory with a track like Toxic Cloud, being more guitar driven and having a breakdown. While also being able to write on the other side of the pop-leaning spectrum with New Addiction, but still rubbing some hot mess dirt on it to make it our own."

Bassist Trevor Gallagher continued:

"We here at hot mess are beyond excited to announce our very first EP: Make Myself Your Favorite Scene! This project has not only been a year in the making, but its truly a statement into what we’re all about. Heavy hitting, catchy, and a punch in the face that makes you say ONE MO TIME SUCKA."
