Spanish Love Songs Announce New Album 'Future Nausea', Release New Song "Good American"

Spanish Love Songs has announced that they will be releasing their new album, Future Nausea, on November 6th, 2026 via Pure Noise Records. The band has also unveiled a new song and music video from the album, titled “Good American”.

On the track, singer Dylan Slocum commented:

"The military complex is a complicated, terrible thing that preys on economic instability and desperation, all under the guise of patriotism and making people feel like they belong to something greater than themselves. With Trump's re-election I started seeing stories of Trans soldiers, including some career soldiers my own age, being tossed aside even more callously. It brought back the memories of the vets I met all those years before. From there, the story emerged in each successive verse. A story of what life looks like after the institution you believed in deems you surplus to needs.

It's an angry song. Maybe the angriest song I've ever written. The recording of it followed accordingly. We wanted to keep it minimal. Loud. It sets the tone for the album and this era of the band. We want everyone dancing and shouting.

About a week after we tracked this song, the US bombed Iran."
