Avant-garde rock band Descartes a Kant recently released new information surrounding their debut American studio album (their third album overall), Victims of Love Propaganda. Hailing from Guadalajara, MX, the band are gearing up to release their highly imaginative record through Los Angeles' Cleopatra Records on May 12. The band describe their third album as none other than "emotional porn".
