Saosin Release New Single "Just Be Honest"

Saosin has released a brand new single titled “Just Be Honest”. The track follows the release of their label debut on Sumerian Records, “Starting Over Again”, and marks their first music in fourteen years with returning vocalist Cove Reber. Guitarist Beau Burchell stated:

"We knew there was something special about 'Just Be Honest' from the moment of its inception. It had that rare feeling early on where you just know a song is going to matter on an album.

Hearing Cove's vocals on it for the first time confirmed it, and then Phil's leads gave it that extra push. The whole thing blossomed into something bigger than we imagined.

This is really just the beginning of a much bigger body of work for us, a whole new era. We weren't planning to share anything this soon, but we got so excited about where the music was heading that we couldn't sit on it any longer.”

The band has also released an accompanying music video directed by the band’s bassist Chris Sorenson. You can check out the full video below.

The band is getting ready to hit the road this October on a self-titled tour for their 20th anniversary, which kicks off October 23rd in Anaheim, CA at House of Blues. The band will play a handful of festival dates including at this weekend’s Vans Warped Tour Mexico, September 25th at Pittsburgh, PA’s Four Chord Music Festival, and October 3rd at Sacramento’s Aftershock Festival.
